Bus didn’t show up. Customer service agent was not there, then showed up and couldn’t help. Customer reps on the phone were not reachable or couldn’t help. Bus ended up showing up 2:30h late, then was stuck in Niagara Falls. We had to drive INTO the RESIDENTIAL neighborhood TO PICK UP A NEW DRIVER AT HIS HOME. I was basically a hostage in this bus.

The bus was dirty and smelly. All drivers I came in contact with were unfriendly. The bus was significantly delayed and the trip took much longer than advertised.

The experience was good, the driver was very friendly, the immigration process was easier than I thought, we got to stop and see the Niagara Falls and that was a big surprise for me. The drive is pleasant but the seats are very uncomfortable :( and there was no water coming out of the sink in the bathroom

The driver was very friendly, and I had WiFi connectivity
Passengers have noted that the buses are comfortable and clean, with friendly and courteous staff. However, there is some inconsistency in providing clear instructions for border crossing procedures. While one trip featured detailed guidance from the driver, another lacked sufficient information, leaving passengers to assist each other.
Greyhound Lines, Inc. Buffalo Toronto recent customer reviews
The trip was very bad, there was a problem with the bus, and the driver had to stop to wait for a mechanic to be sent by Greyhound and we were left for a very long time and we had to leave the bus and take an uber

The second driver who took over driving from Niagara Falls to Toronto changed lanes erratically on QEW, never checked his blindspots and literally forced 2 cars onto the left shoulder. Tailgated other cars and flashed high beams for no reason. Argued with passengers who obviously paid for their tickets. He was the most dangerous bus driver I've ever had on any trip.

Coach was 3 hours late arriving with no updates or explanation. Chatting to Greyhound staff, they said it had left when were sitting in the coach station (in other words, they had no idea). The journey was uncomfortable and was my first and last Greyhound journey. It would have been less stressful and more comfortable going with another route

The driver was very nice to me. He made every effort to research that my Covid test was up to date and waiting on hold and not giving. Just amazing!

The bus never arrived. I have screenshots of the delay and new estimated arrival updates. I waited at the right area for 2 hours, showed up one hour early. Suddenly, I got an email asking how my trip was. I had to pay extra to find another way to my destination and struggled so much more than if I had just went with a different option.
