The service was around 40 minutes late. There was no update about this on the boards in the bus station and no station staff to check with. This was the last service of the night so reassurance regarding the arrival of the bus and an estimated time would have been helpful.

Got to Jerez bus station early and no reference to 2.05 Comes service at all on departures board. Eventually got on 2.10 service to Sevilla (with other similar customers) only to find that it wasn’t the right one. That was at 2.39 and the Comes service only arrived at 2.35 pm. No reference at all to it on the Baird and the Comes office was closed. Stressful and substandard service.
