Comfortable ride to Banff, exited the bus for a washroom break and purchase a coffee (5 mins) max.
Returned to board bus to find it had departed for Calgary.
No answer or way to communicate with Rider, driver or any rep from Rider across Canada.
Had to contact a relative to drive from Golden to Banff, pick me up and race to Calgary to make a flight.
Had to contact mall security at one of the scheduled stops to try and contact driver. Heard from driver after 2 hours standing in Banff with no offer to assist me getting my baggage. Was told i could retrieve my bags from the facility that cleans the buses.
That cost me $100.00 in cab fare never mind the $140.00 fuel cost to my driver and six hours of his life he is not getting back.
I would like to go on but i know this will be met with dismissal and silence.

The bus driver told me that my bag is over weight even though it wasn't. I weight the bag and read the description before hand. He didn't even have a form of weighing the bag. It felt like the bus driver was attempting to ask me for extra cash to put my bag in since "he didn't want to over load the bus" even though there was barley anyone on that bus. The bus was also late which made me miss my flight. Now I have to pay for another flight.
