Unfortunately, my journey with Delta Coaches was very disappointing. Their service was poor from the start the bus arrived late and there was no communication to inform passengers about the delay. The onboard toilets were not working, which made the trip uncomfortable. Even before boarding, the queue after purchasing a ticket was very disorganized and unpleasant.
On top of that, the staff seemed poorly trained and unprofessional, which made the entire experience frustrating. Overall, everything about the journey felt horrible, and I left very dissatisfied with the service.
