First if all. I do not understand why commuters should arrive 30 min before but then the bus arrived 30 to 45 min later, I was in a panic mode , phoning the office every minute. Then thereafter the bus stopped for at least 2 hr 20 min at Parkstation. I found extremely shameful and inconsiderate, rude and unprofessional.
