Ontario Northland North Bay Toronto recent customer reviews
Driver was audibly agitated about city traffic, and we had our brakes start smoking around the Bloor viaduct but continues driving into Union station where there was a question about whether or not we could enter the terminal with smoke coming from the wheels… and there was no decision to let passengers disembark where we could have gotten away from the stinking smoking bus.

I gave a 3 star instead of less than one, because the bus driver was amazing at customer service without even knowing about the bad experience I had to get my bus on time. I left the NorthBay mall 49 minutes prior to my bus leaving time. There is an access from the mall to the bus terminal that takes one minute to cross. This access was blocked and barricaded. Without any signage as to an alternate access point. A nice passerby told me how to go around to get there. I had to walk from the back of the mall to the front to the highway and then walk on the unpaved area as there was no sidewalk then down a street to get to the station. It took 30 minutes. I barely made my bus. I received no notification that the mall access was closed and nothing was posted in the mall. I had to haul heavy bags in the hot sun and as a senior this was a dangerous risk for heat exhaustion or heat stroke. Not to mention the anxiety that I would miss my bus and be stranded in North Bay. I had gotten a ride there from 3 hours away and my ride was long gone. I wish I could get some compensation for this terrible experience.
