I enjoyed the sits that were confortable. I didn't enjoyed 2 things: 1. The bus was supposed to leave at 2:00 o' clock and we left at 2:25pm. I think the driver was waiting for a couple of passengers that were not on time.
2. TAMPA, SARASOTA... It's west side and Miami is east side, I did not understand the route (to me this is detour)and plus the more than 5 stops to pick up other clients. So overall I arrived at Miami Int' Airport at 9:50pm. One hour later that was estimated

I expected to reach my destination around 6pm we arrived a little after 8pm and I had an important event at 8pm which caused me to lose money due to me not being able to show. there were a multiple long stops.and overall an inconvenience for me.

Had to keep backpack on my knees the whole time due to unavailability of overhead storage. Foul smell from some passengers made me gag. No charge ports for cell phones and no wifi on board.
