This is the second time I have had to use Greyhound for travel in 2 weeks and both times the bus broke down, 4 hour delays, bus cancellations and the second trip cost me an important court hearing regarding my family. I will never use this broke down company again. And there customer service reps are all in India, almost impossible to talk to someone in this country let alone and a specific terminal.

Traveled from Portland Oregon to Phx. Az.. everything was very good till the bus had to stop in Sacramento Ca. For a driver change but the driver never showed up so 6 hours later they put some of us on a express bus to L.A Ca. All wasn't good because I didn't get to Phx. Until 2am which really wasn't very good for the person picking me up.
