The bus arrived 2 hours later than what was said and I had to connect to the next transport which left me because I was late, the driver didn't switch on the air conditioner and it was terribly hot. I was sitting next to the toilet and it had an unpleasant smell. I was only happy with the drivers driving skills.

The trip was very terrible, I spent more than 14 hours in the bus. The bus is not in a good condition and has been having mechanical issues throughout the trip with no communication from the bus company. I am very disappointed in the service.
