When starting from Tivat, a bus came about half an hour late. There was not any indication in the bus of Dubrovnik as the destination. However, the bus driver announced that passengers to Dubrovnik should board the bus. Even the local officer in the Tivat bus station seemed to confused about where the bus was going. The bus driver was not able to anyhow explain (in English) what was going on. Eventually, the bus dropped us off at the Kotor bus station where we waited for another hour or so before the Dubrovnik bus arrived. Finally we arrived in Dubrovnik two hours late.

An unexplained delay of 1 hour and 15 minutes in departure. Then had to change another bus in Kotor. In total 4 hours delay for 2.5 hours ride !! Very bud
