A very pleasant experience from start to finish. Though trying to find the Coach Station in Victoria rather confusing. It could have been better street signed instead of just paper signage in an office window. The driver was very hard working and very polite.

The pick up process is very stressful and confusing. I don’t recommend it. It’s easier to just catch an Uber to the ferry terminals, purchase your own ferry ticket for $20. Much less hassle. The buses never come on time and finding the right bus stop is confusing, especially as a foreigner. Save your money and don’t use this service.
