It was very confusing for us to to know which bus bay to wait in. 5 other passengers that we spoke to said they booked for the 12:30pm bus and the bus drive past them and didn't pick them up, no one helped us to allocate where we needed to be, we just needed to guess which bus to catch and hope for the best. Very poor organisation and communication for people that need help. Also when people asked for help, it seemed to bother the staff. My Dad who is 76 years old had to also help unload luggage as we were not getting help at all. The man that was supposed to be unloading the luggage stood by and watched my Dad without helping at all. Very poor.

The drive didn’t announce that the stop at the airport and we found out that we missed our stop when we already been too far from it. To our question why there was no announcement and what should we do now, he just suggested to search in google. very strange experience.

It was an older vehicle, one charging port was broken, my arm rest was broken and woudnt stay up, and the bus driver didn’t take me to my stop
