I Enjoyed my trip and the driver was very nice however the bus came 25 minutes late please try to be on time next time. 25 minutes late in this bad weather is not good.

The driver was rude. I was putting my coat on slowly because of an injury ( I was the last person on the bus) and he just stared at me as I said” I’m going, I’m just putting my coat on” . He said “ I’ve got to get going now . I was only a couple of seconds till I was off. Very rude man.
