I did not enjoy my trip at all. It was such a disaster. The bus was an hour late, and when it got to Bloemfontein, the toilet inside it was stinking and horrible. We had to suffer through that smell until we got to our destination. The bus drivers, we're making us suffer the consequences of them being late by cutting the break very short. We couldn't use the vlbus toilet and when we asked to use the toilets at the stops they would tell us they will leave us behind. And at that time I'm on my period I need to change my pad. It was such a horrible experience.

I had a very bad trip with APMWC. I had even asked for assistance yesterday because the bus was delayed for almost 3hrs. I even had to make other means with the bus that was apparently not the one I was supposed to take, fortunately it was from the same operator. So overall, my trip was a nightmare

1.The bus came 2 hours late, there was no communication regarding lateness of the bus.
2. The driver was rude he didn’t even apologise for being late instead he told us we should not worry he’s here.
3. The bus is not comfortable, the seats are too small and we sit on the lever that adjust the seat which can be painful at time.
