Banff Golden Xpress User Reviews
Banff Golden Xpress receives praise for its friendly and accommodating drivers, with many customers highlighting smooth and enjoyable journeys. However, there are concerns about communication issues between the company and passengers regarding pick-up points and schedule changes. These instances have caused some confusion but overall experiences remain positive due to helpful staff interactions.
Didn't enjoy the lack of communication between the company and the driver. Company postponed my trip for half an hour, but the driver had no idea, poor lad was waiting and looking for me.
Zane B.
There was a wrong pick up point related to the driver and we were at the emailed pick up point 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Fortunately another passenger for that trip was able to get in touch with the driver and we moved from arrival to departure area from the airport as pick up point. Very serious and basic mistake that could have caused us serious consequences as we have very limited access to communications at that stage.

Great easy journey, would definitely recommend

I was so disappointed! The pick up time was changed to 30 later and my drop off location change with no accommodation. When I called the reservation line to ask how my time and drop off location was going to be accommodated, I was told “we don’t do that”. Terrible customer service as far as I’m concerned.

The services were not provided and the dispatcher provided false information. The bus never showed up and this company should not be allowed to provide services
Milan A.
An email was sent to me 10 min before my flight left telling me to check in at a counter inside the airport. I did not see this email so I was waiting outside where the ticket told me to wait to meet the shuttle. Had I not called when the shuttle was not there at the meet time I wouldn’t know. Send the email the day before
