The Bus Drivers were very rude and dismissive of all of the passengers there. Some were elderly and were just ignored with any queries they had on valid tickets. So so bad.

The trip was excellent but trying to get on your designated bus is a bit of a fight,all passengers are trying to put their luggage in luggage area at the same time.A queuing system of some sort should be enforced.
Everything else was good,booking on line so easy which is good for the older generation.
