My seat was 45 as indicated on the ticket but the bus had only 44 seats ! Another lady had the seat 48 on jet ticket. The situation was very messy and stressfull.

The coach was clean and comfortable and ran to time, in fact we arrived 20 mins early. There was a timely stop at services to use facilities, get refreshments. As an English visitor to Bulgaria I found the signage at the bus station in both English and Bulgarian very helpful.
