Good on the whole but slow at times due to bridge opening and waiting for customs officials. They must know that the train had arrived but we sat still for over 10 minutes before they got on. The announcements were helpful and the staff off the train very helpful. The station lady especially as we were held up by an hour by a flight to the airport and arrived at the station with minutes to spare. She was very reassuring and told us not to get stressed as much as we already were.
