Horrible, company. I would never use them again. My trip was a 1:00pm and never arrived. They had to give me a new pass for the same route at 2:45pm. On top of that, the trip took almost two hours more than what it should have taken.

There was a driver and another guy who was responsible for the lugagge and the passengers. This other guy was acting very weird, telling people we could not stop for them to go to the toilet or letting random people on the bus and taking money from them directly. At some point (we had been waiting in traffic jam for over an hour) he offered us to drive with some "friends" of him to our destination. We declined and after that he seemed quite upset. Overall it wasn't a very good experience.
