Enjoyed everything. Very easy to book. The coach was very comfortable and ample leg room. The stop on the journey was at a perfect location with clean toilets and great choice of refreshments and snacks. And the coach left Bourgas on schedule and arrived on schedule in Sofia. 😀

For the second time in a row the air condition WAS NOT turned on and it was hot. Few times I could felt cold air. Please inform Ivkoni firm that air condition must be used!

I’m really unhappy that I made two orders of the same bus after 15 minutes Oh my request for this bus I requested to change the bus departure date and he said no will have to cancel and I lost the money I don’t think that’s fair someone can make a mistake in 15 minutes or 30 minutes they should be able to change the departure date
