It was very confusing as to where I was to catch the bus at Calgary airport. It did not say where on my ticket. I spoke to someone at the information booth and they could not tell me where. I phoned the office and got some idea. I arrive 15 min early and there wasn’t anyone else there till 5:10 for the 5:15 bus. I started to worry again. The bus arrive at 5:12 and then other passengers arrive. Some signage or information of the precise location would have been helpful
