Good: It was easy to find the bus station. The shuttle ride was comfortable, the driver was pleasant, and there was plenty of space for my carry on.
Not so Good: It was not clear what gate I needef to go to find the actual bus. My specific ride did not appear in the overhead screens. The first agent I asked told me the wrong gate. If I hadn't asked another gate agent, I would have missed my shuttle. It was not clear from the ticket that I would be taking a shuttle van, instead of a large bus.
