For a first-time user I was verry impress with the bus ride, the comfort of the seats and the cleanness of the bus in its whole. But what impressed me most was our bus first driver, Solly, who started from Pretoria. His friendliness, special attention for the passengers needs and his professional driving skills. I was sitting in seat nr 3 and could see the road and the way he drove. I was completely at peace with him behind the steering wheel. What a gentleman. Regards

was a safe trip, drivers are really good drivers. The bus down to Cape town did not have power points to charge phones etc. the bus back to Grahamstown, had charging USB that was helpful, but the bus was infested with cockroaches, a few cockroaches crawled over me while sleeping they were running everywhere, please get rid of them it is not a good sign. No toilet paper in loo was weird or is this normal? If normal just warn passengers to bring their own toilet paper.

There was a broken seat that reclined towards the next seat behind it. There was a very cold breeze throughout the night. My boys ended up catching flu from it. They are on flu medication as i type here.
