we are traveling to Mexico, we expected at least 1 person to speak Spanish. There was Noone directing crowd, people were scattered everywhere not knowing where to go. Staff was very rude, and didn't want to answer questions. Very chaotic and unorganized. Driver did not stop for people to eat, we were over 4hours late to our destination. Will not be using greyhound for our travels again.
