The bus was very nice and comfortable. AV systems at each set provided entertainment if desired. The scenery from Durango to Mazatlán was amazing. The route and variety of scenery enhanced our trip. Driver did great but was very ‘hands off’. No communication before, during, or after the trip but that was okay. Would use them again in a similar circumstance.

No information at bus station regarding platform. Bus left late. TV entertainment way too loud. No toilet on board. Bus frequently stopped at undesignated places to pick up and drop off people. At on stage people had to sit in the aisle as no seats left. Eventually arrived 1 ½ hours late (which is terrible for a 4 ½ hour journey).
