First I booked a bus from Gravenhurst to Union Station which was confirmed on your ticket. When the bus arrived I was told that they did not go to Union Station but we could get off at Yorkdale and would have to take a taxi or subway to Union Station. Then the bus broke down in Orilla and we had to wait 2-1/2 hrs for another bus to arrive to take us to Yorkdale. From there we took an Uber to Hotel Victoria. It cost us another CA$37 to get there. Messed up our plans to spend a day exploring Toronto. Not a great experience.
