Bus from Kingston, CA to Ottawa, CA: Tickets & Schedules

The bus was late for few minutes, but no information available on the app. Some clarity would be appreciated. I think there should be some markings made for the stop, so first time travellers are not confused about where bus will be parked.

I suppose to get down in St. Laurent. Everyone get down in Metro Station. I asked the Driver if it is the right place? He said it is yhe right place. But it was. Endeded taking Uber to St. Laurent which cost me 20CAD. Driver was polite very helpful but I get down early stop. May be Flix doesn't want to ride just only for 1 person. Not a good Experience. I already lost 19$ because the trip got canceled somehow. Then I rebooted the trip. And that ended up spending another 20$. Won't travel with Flix again and won't recommend. Also there was heavy slamming noise from the back of the bus. Not sure if it was loose luggage or Inside door of Washroom. Entire trip it was slamming.

My experience is usually pretty good. I booked a ticket for 310 am with flex from kingston. A flex bus came but it was goin to toronto not ottawa. I asked bus driver and he assured me even after he told me that there were no flex bus scheduled for ottawa at the time. I had no phone so couldnt confirm even though i thought i might have been right. So i left and never made the bus. Not sure if he was right or i was right

Smooth ride, nothing to complain about other than the outlets didn’t work so I couldn’t charge my phone. I tried 5 of them and none of them did. But other than that it was good. Left and arrived in timely manner. Not my first time with Megabus and probably won’t be the last.

The bus was 75 minutes late, arriving with no warning, and the bus itself was quite dirty...

It was wonderful. The driving conditions were terrible, however; it was obvious the DRIVER, was very skilled. Thumbs up.

It was just a little behind about 15 minutes and it would have been nice to be notified of the delay however I couldn't find a way to track the bus. Bus driver was friendly and quick to attend to me getting my luggage which I appreciated.

The driver was not driving responsibly. On the 401 barely avoided hitting a sign indicating the left lane closing, he slammed on the breaks and swerved and it threw everyone forward in their chair. He also pulled over several minutes later on the side of the highway without providing any information as to why, got out and then got back in about 5 minutes later. Felt like communication was not present and that the driving overall made me feel unsafe.

The ride was smooth and prompt. Comfortable temperature. Driver arrived early and delivered us on time/a bit early as well!

It was a half hour late arriving. We left 20 min after departure time.

Bus was 30 + minutes late so i had to make other arrangements

Bus was comfortable, nice service and extremly helpful driver with information.

Bus was about an hour late but to be fair to them it was snowing on the day. We did get on the road eventually and thankfully reasonably smooth journey to Ottawa despite the weather🙏🏾

The bus left and arrived on time, was clean, spacious, and quiet, and even kindly offered refreshments

I went on a completely different bus because y'all were gonna show up an hour and a half late and I had a flight to catch

Bus was punctual and was very accurate with its estimated time of arrival. The seats were very comfortable and the staff was very nice and attentive to the customer.
