Too hot inside the bus. The AC didn't seem to be working and although the temperature outside was cool, inside it was too hot. I sweated the whole 3h30 of the trip, a few lucky people used their fans. Everybody was complaining.

They were not helping my mom at all and she was traveling by herself with no language barrier which I told them before the drive to make sure she will be safe as I cannot be there with her.
