Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Our only gripe was arriving an hour late, but this isn't surprising when considering the roads and traffic the driver needed to deal with

Siempre mucho frio, por que…. no anuncian una hora de llegada y el autobús llega 2 horas tarde

The app told me to go to the north terminal and there was not terminal on the ticket once it was printed out. Thus, I ended up at the wrong bus terminal. Had to pay a taxi driver to rush me to the south terminal before 9 am. He go me there but in 15 min. Because traffic was light. Not happy. The the bus left 30 min late, we did not arrive in Cali till 9pm. When I bought the tickets it said 9 am departure, arrival time 5pm. Now I would give the bus and 1.5hours of grace because of the construction. But still that 4 hours. Late. Let's just say not happy!
Users have reported some issues with seat reservations, indicating that seats were double-booked or not accurately assigned by the app. However, in cases where this occurred, alternative seating arrangements were successfully made to accommodate passengers.

Habíamos reservado mi asiento dos veces, por lo que ya había otra persona sentada en mi banco, pero afortunadamente me encontraron otro asiento :)

Perfect journey. First time I've been on one of your buses where the Aircon wasn't freezing. Finally a bus I could sleep on 🤙

A 10 hour bus with no charging ports is a joke. I also misplaced my luggage tag so the guy said I had to pay him, which I knew couldn’t be true, so I gave him what was in my pocket and he told me to get off the bus.
