I only enjoyed that I got home. The rest is rest. They have a lot to get better in terms of condition of the vehicle and specially at QHSE. If they need any assistance. I'm here to help. The driver did a nice n safe trip dho

Worst traveling experience ever being late by 7 hours and missing out on the funeral I wanted to attend yet the Driver didn't even apologize.
Users have reported that the bus ride was generally good, with a competent conductor. However, there were consistent mentions of delays in departure times across reviews. Additionally, some passengers noted language barriers during communication as announcements were made in Portuguese without translation assistance for non-Portuguese speakers.
The Customer service from the hostess was next to nothing, she kept speaking her language even though she knew we only understand English and we would just see everyone stand up and wouldn’t know why, I was looking forward to it but now very disappointed

The bus drive was good but they are not punctual, the departure time was set at 20:00 but the bus ended up leaving at 21:12. The bus conductor was also communicating in Portuguese which I hardly got and had to ask passengers for translation
