the time displayed was not local. Ticket said arrival 5:40 madrid, we arrived at 6:40 (i think they wrote departure and arrival in both Lisbon time). also, it was an overnight bus but the two people beside me were talking the whole time, i couldnt sleep. also, the charging ports are all USB, not usb-C.
Passengers have shared positive experiences, highlighting the cleanliness and punctuality of the buses, as well as friendly and accommodating drivers. However, there are concerns about baggage handling issues such as damaged luggage locks. Additionally, some users mentioned chaotic boarding processes in Lisbon Oriente due to multiple buses at one platform.

Couldn't find where the bus was leaving from. Found a kiosk that said it left from one platform t wasn't there. Finally found outside another bus companies office, but it was very stressful knowing the bus was leaving in less than 10minutes and not being able to see it. No details provided by booking agent

Drivers were great but I purchased premium and XL seat. My knees were jammed against the seat infront of me and if I even shifted a little I’d make contact with the person sitting next to me. Also, it says power outlet. It’s a USB, not a power outlet. If the person next to me wasn’t nice enough to lend me the USB I would have been terribly stuck.

The trip was overall successful though the driver seemed distracted from time to time and was a bit jerky with many of the lane transitions. The toilet did not have paper (be prepared) nor did the toilet flush with water, the sink had water. Also no means to dry hands other than air.

No water in the bathroom! This is after soaping up my hands. No sign or anything. Told the driver and he just said he knew about it, but there was nothing he could do!

I was given a seat number (3) by BlaBla Bus that belonged to another person. It was a huge confusion and issue. There actually is no WIFI or usb charging ports. The bus didn’t have the services it advertised.
Users generally appreciate the punctuality of the service, with buses leaving and arriving on time. The cleanliness and relaxing atmosphere are also noted positively by travelers. However, some users experienced confusion regarding bus locations at stations and seat assignments not being honored as expected. Additionally, there were concerns about inconsistent driving behavior between different drivers during trips.

I paid for a seat 1A and the driver told me I was not allowed to sit there, so a bit annoyed of paying for a service which I could use. Make sure not to sell seats which are not available

The trip had two drivers and while the first one was completely oblivious to what people were doing in the train (whether they fastened their seatbelts or not, were lying or sitting down), the second driver had an absolutely reckless driving. I couldn’t sleep as I was afraid all the time.

when we arrived to our connection in Coimbra, they left us on the street and nobody explained anything to us, they closed the doors of the station right on our faces, we had to wait on the street along other passangers. Also the bus was supposed to arrive at 11, and it arrived like 11:30. Now, on the bus, my seat was broken and the screen in front didnt work
