Well for a low cost trip was awesome but bus arrived almost 1 hour late, the gate was never announced in the gates board, there was no way to speak with someone from FlixBus, no stand , no agent and on top of that the sit assignment wasn’t respected , the bus driver was very friendly and willing to help with all our doubts and good sense of humor too

Bus was 40 min late, dirty and had no USB or wifi and it was advertised it had it.
Once we stopped for 25 mins I had to beg to the driver to open the trunk to get my bag, he said it was he's break and he wouldn't, but he did at the end.
