The driver was always looking at his phone while driving, even when we had on coming traffic from the opposite side of the road. He had driven on the rumble strips several times and he was eating and piece of buttered bread and eating chili at the same time as he drove. I felt worried about my safety. He was talking with coworkers numerous times. I am very upset about this. I suffer from mental illness and extreme anxiety. I am very disappointed.

Office staff weren’t helpful. Drivers got me to all my destinations on time. Buses are comfortable and drivers were friendly. They take 15 mins breaks every few hours on the long trips which is nice
