Bus from Toronto to Buffalo, NY: Tickets & Schedules

The bus was vey comfortable. The bus drivers were courteous, professional and vey accommodating. Also, the bus ride was especially timely. Great first time experience.

Communicative, effiencent and quiet. But bathroom could have been cleaned better

I did not know this service even existed! But, when I found a cheap flight out of Buffalo, but didn’t know what to do with a vehicle at the airport for a week, I looked up bus schedules. This trip was so reasonable. Our bus drivers got us to the border ahead of time, and the whole trip was very easy. I highly recommend.

Being first-time passengers, we arrived at the station half an hour early to make sure we didn’t miss the bus and to figure out which bus stop within the station we should wait at. However, there were no signs or directions. The live schedule/tracker mistakenly showed that the bus had already left the station when we couldn’t even see the bus at the scheduled departure time, which freaked us out. The other passengers were also worried. However, after we refreshed the live schedule, it indicated that the bus was a little bit behind the schedule and had not yet arrived at the station. The bus arrived at our destination an hour late due to a prolonged wait at customs. There was a Greyhound bus ahead of us, and we had to wait until it cleared customs before we could proceed. Other than that, the trip was good.

Comfortable and clean bus

I felt that the bus was not cleaned properly.. no WiFi on the bus that was supposed to be included.. bus driver nearly rear-ended someone

On Oct 3 around 8:45 PM CST I asked a Greyhound bus representative at Chicago Union Stn. if there were any earlier buses than my booking departing Buffalo on Oct 4. She told me there was nothing. On Oct 4 around 11am I asked the Greyhound ticket booth at Buffalo Greyhound station to change my booking from 18:15 to 14:00. He said he was unable manage my booking because of recent company system changes. He gave me a Customer service phone number to call but they said that I had to make my booking change online. I tried changing my booking both with Greyhound & Flixbus.ca nether system recognized my booking information. Your email to me when I purchased tickets said I could change my reservation in person, calling customer service or online but none of these methods worked. I wasted a lot of time and roaming data and ended up with nothing. I ended up booking another ticket with a different supplier since the vendors Customer dis-service refused to respond to my multiple requests. I am disputing the charge for my return trip

The driver was good, but the bus was dilapidated, with torn seats, power outlets that did not work, and a light in the restroom that did not come on.

So nice to have someone else drive the busy 401/403/QEW W corridor!

Nino, the driver, was extremely professional and friendly. He had to deal with a one-hour delay at the border that was not his fault. He was patient and kept the rest of the travelers continually updated until the bus was allowed to leave. The trip was overall very good.

The bus arrived with more 40 minutes late at Winston Churchill station, and no information were given during the wait. After that the Drivers were really great at their jobs. Thanks.
