We had to wait for at least 20 mins for bus to arrive in Cairnryan then we think a replacement Citylink appeared and proceeded to take a detour to drop people off at Haven Holiday home then stopped in Ayr bus station no wifi or toilets on board and the journey took about an hour longer than advertised
No explanation was offered I'll never use again stick to Hannons

It was terrible. I would not recommend this to anyone. I don't know why they can't use the same Bus to Board the Ferry. I chose to travel this way to avoid Airports, ie Less queuing and endless waiting. Very little leg room on the Bus and felt very uncomfortable on the way there sitting in a Bus full of Loyalists. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone

The bus was late to the stenaline port then when we got onboard everything was fine except the crossing was delayed (no fault of Hannon) then going through security we where delayed again while an illegal im migrant was removed by border police which is now the second time this has happened when using your services
Your security checks should be more stringent when booking to avoid hassle for your legal travellers apart from that great service (driver was a great helpful guy deserves a raise)

Loved the seats as they recline. I didn’t say to the driver but 2 of the same family were vaping.

There was an overtly intoxicated woman aboard the bus who brought a full bottle of wine with her from the ferry. She was loud, obnoxious, and displayed antisocial behavior. People who are very drunk from the ferry journey shouldn’t be allowed board the bus as there were small children on the bus too. Drivers should know not to let such people travel with your otherwise pleasant and efficient coach service.
