So, I was never informed that the pick up location changed from O'Connell. I missed the bus even though i arrived well before departure time - just from the wrong location. I ended up getting the bus all the way to the airport to catch a departure 1.5 hours after what i had booked.
I understand that Pride was on and the street was closed, but my 24 hour reminder still told me to go to O'Connell.
