Bus was very nice and it was full. The driver was courteous and helpful. The reason we were late was the full bus and slow border customs agents.

Driver Steve was a very smooth and efficient driver in the busy traffic of Vancouver as well as the high speed expressway. He informed us of all we needed to do to be processed easily through border control and was, overall, a very satisfying and competent coach driver.
