It was a horrendous trip, Vancouver to Kamloops, the bus broke down in Surrey and the driver refused to continue driving because he said the bus was broken, so Riders Express sent a new driver, the company would not send a new bus, with no air breaks and not allowing air conditioning etc. the new driver was forced to keep going and put a whole bus full of people and their lives in jeopardy, this was such a scary ride. Don’t think I trust to ride with Riders Express again. I will make a claim and do not want to pay for this trip, I was so delayed by 4-5 hours and I missed a job shift too.
