The bus was very untidy. Driver was very rude and mean to an old man that can be his father in front of passengers and being racist. Windows couldn't properly close and had to sit with that draft from Queenstown to Cape Town.

The pick up was not coordinated, the bus was 1 hour late. The workers and drivers were not nice. The stops made along the way were few you had to hold in your pee for longer period of times
