Bus from Queenstown, ZA to Johannesburg: Tickets & Schedules

The bus roof was dirty including the curtains, something disgusting falling onto me, we left Queenstown very late because the door was not working. But at least it arrived on time for pick up.

Bus is safe problem was the breakdown in Bloemfontein which ended up causing a delay in arrival time

It was a pleasurable experience, great service and will recommend it to more family members.

The bus was not eagle liner and the seats were uncomfortable, and we were not dropped off at park station

The journey was far from being enjoyable, the bus did not give us breaks up until Bloemfontain, as if that wasn't bad it got worse when we almost went to germiston after we were told whoever is going to midrand must remain inside. We just grateful we still intact with our souls.

Every thing was wrong they gave us a school bus to travel with they didn't keep time the journey was very uncomfortable

The bus was 4 hours late, we were meant to leave at 18:30 but we left at 22:20. To top it off we were transferred to another bus company named Delta. According to the employees at Apmwc, the company cancelled because apparently it was not fully booked as they expected & chose to communicate this LAST OF LAST MINUTE! The bus had no toilet inside, the driver did not even allow us to stop at least 2-3 times to use the bathroom due to that. Every time a passenger could not hold it in anymore they would communicate it to the driver, & he stopped in the middle of the highway. We had one stop, during that stop we were rushed by the driver to hurry up. We only had 10 minutes break. The bus had no logos, no PROPER DRIVERS! The driver was speeding. We did not even get dropped off inside park station… because the buss does not have logos. I am so dissatisfied. But what do I expect from a company that do not prioritise punctuality to begin with? NOTHING!

Nothing impressive except am very disappointed for inpanctuality for almost 2 hrs no correspondence nothing vry poor service

The cashiers wants to rob us, Apmwc your buses are never on time, and the cashiers told us even if we can write emails to report them nothing will the company do them. The were drunk. I departed from Queenstown railway

The bus was more than 1hour late, and it didn't stop by any shop only pick people on the way

I struggle with motion sickness, but in the Intercity i didnt suffer much because the heater was not on and the seats were comfortable, i loved it so much

I tried to change a ticket yesterday that I bought online no one responded on WhatsApp until ticket expired.

The bus was very late (arrived at 23:57 instead of 22:30at Queenstown) and kept on stopping in random places (the open road). The drivers were playing loud music. The drivers were not in uniform.

From Queenstown to Jhb, the driver stopped once @ Ventersburg, children needed to go to the loo, and we were sweating, I nearly fainted.

I booked Citilink but when I got to the bus station we were given another bus which was not comfortable and it was small as well they didn't even communicate as to where the problem was🥺🤦

The bus is new and in a good condition. The drivers are friendly. Please beand your buses for easy identification.

They use Ramalo's old buses and not citi link. The bus is not of good standard, having very hard chairs and mechanically one would feel as if something heavy would just fall off. Not good for a long journey at all

Very bad experience, bus arrived 3 hours later and when we got to Jhb it left on the side of the road , and It was my first time did not even know park station,,, felt so insafe

We were supposed to be leaving Queenstown at 19:00 on Sunday then arrive at Johannesburg at 5:30 in the morning Delta didn’t arrived at that time , the bus arrived on Monday at 1:00 am . We tried calling the customer service but they were not picking up calls. Never use this bus it’s horrible !

I didn't enjoy it the bus was full and delayed.was told to wait for different bus😭😭

The conductor is very rude, has no sense of customer care and support. There was a misunderstanding on the departure time for the bus. Instead of clarifying calmly, he shouted at me as if it was my fault. I can only hope that Greyhound will do more to train their staff.

The buys drives smooth, the guide from the bus driver was top notch.the only thing I did not like was that the departure time was not as per the ticket neither was the arrival time. Besides that all was smooth and all promised features were there

Bus was on time and drivers were very helpful to us. They kept on checking on us if we are ok.

The intervals was great and the drivers they were so wonderful too. The lady's in the offices 🏢 they where not so great full on helping people who booked online we have too waiting longtime outside and they start with the once who pay cash, but our money fees is the same. I am not happy.

Enjoyed the driver. He was very pleasant and drove very well. We did not have charging ports and air conditioning. We had to open windings for air as it was unbearably hot. The bus has no safety belts. That is a major red flag as road safety is major issue issue in South Africa. This needs to be sorted out asap.

My experience with IlulaBus has been extremely frustrating. What I didn’t enjoy was the complete lack of communication and the fact that despite having paid tickets, we were left stranded. The bus was supposed to arrive at 19:30 on January 3rd, but as of 10:40 it still hasn’t shown up. There was no staff around to help, and no updates were provided, which was especially concerning with kids and elderly passengers on board. The entire situation felt completely disrespectful to passengers’ time and safety.
