My third trip on ebus,,, the bus was newer than previous and hence very clean! It’s a long trip but the drivers are always helpful and respectful, and regardless of the burps along the road , there are updates and actually getting to destinations in just over an hour of what is scheduled, at least for me

The snow conditions were present. Treacherous on the Coquihalla. The drivers drove with cautionary speeds to avoid any mishaps. Both bus drivers deserve recognition for their skills to keep us all safe. They were as good as pilots; but on land. Thank-you to those drivers.

The first half of my ride was perfect, but for some reason not explained we were moved to a second bus mid way, that lacked wifi or power for charging & almost an entire hour later than expected. Kinda messed up my trip. Both drivers were lovely & professional, just some unfortunate glitches.

Arrived on time and safe however, every bus driver was obnoxiously rude and bitter. I transfered in salmon arm. We got there early so we had a half hour layover according to the schedule. I double checked the itinerary as we pulled up and it said 2:10 departure. When l exited the bus i double checked with the driver, "The next bus leaves at 2:10?" He rudely responded, "Ya sure." Like a six word question was a great inconvenience to answer. So, I went away from everybody to have a cigarette. At 12:50 I walked toward the bus and was having a smoke so was dawdling, the new bus driver barks at me, "Hurry up, we can't hold up the bus for 1 person!!" I was like the itinerary said 2:10. Literally got yelled at in a parking lot for being 20 minutes EARLY.!! WOW
