The snow conditions were present. Treacherous on the Coquihalla. The drivers drove with cautionary speeds to avoid any mishaps. Both bus drivers deserve recognition for their skills to keep us all safe. They were as good as pilots; but on land. Thank-you to those drivers.

The first half of my ride was perfect, but for some reason not explained we were moved to a second bus mid way, that lacked wifi or power for charging & almost an entire hour later than expected. Kinda messed up my trip. Both drivers were lovely & professional, just some unfortunate glitches.

Bus was behind schedule over half an hour partially due to the driver showing up late - after the bus was fully loaded, then we didnt get a lunch break on thr 7 hour trip because he needed to make up time.

I was so impressed with the efficiency, courtesy and warmth of the drivers. They absolutely went above and beyond my expectations in their friendly and caring attitudes and their attention to passenger comfort and safety. One example was how they announced clear and accurate time frames for passengers to return to the bus at each stop, and further doing head counts to ensure each passenger had returned to their seat before driving away. With other bus companies, I know of two occasions where my family members were left stranded at remote locations- one being my 76 year old mother in the middle of the night at Merritt. The bus drivers I had on my trip from Vancouver to Vernon both ensured that such an unfortunate and unsafe situation would not occur. I can’t say enough about how pleasant my trip on August 2 was - just the best!
