Firstly I had booked an Intercape bus from the beginning of my journey from Kimberley to Durban but only to get to the Tourism centre and they told us it’s not the intercape bus that’s taking us it’s the Big sky bus,okay fine we checked in and got in the bus only to get to Bloemfontein and the they changed us into the intercape bus that stood for hours delaying us for hours and the worst part they did not explain to us and the airconditioner was very Hot of which we did asked for it to be reduced but they ignored us.
