The staff were professional and friendly. However, the bus were full of rubbish and dirty which was not cleaned before we boarded in Kimberley for our journey back to Pretoria. We were also concerned about how thoroughly the bus is checked for breakdowns - the flicker did not work (bus 104). It was rainy while travelling to Kimberley and the poor busdriver could not see the road clearly as the aircon on the front window was broken. We however never felt unsafe. Well done big Sky!
