It was TERRIBLE! The bus driver forgot to stop at a park station and pick up other passengers. So he just did a U turn without telling us. When we asked he just got and and raised his voice and increased the bus speed it was scary! Even after picking up the passenger(s) he didn’t say anything. I’m very dissatisfied .

The bus we took from GrahamsTown was changed in east London. And we were not even allowed to go buy something to eat at windmill. And the bus they exchanged us in was smelling.

First the bus was supposed to pick me at 11:10 am. It arrived at 17:00pm. When we got to King Williams town we were dropped there in a taxi because the bus was not going to Mthatha. We slept in a taxi because the money was not paid to the taxi. I have not been paid the extra money I used from King Williams town because I had to use my own money to get to Mthatha

Horrible, bus drivers are rude and they made us late

The bus was very late. It was 2 hours late and there was no communication clarifying the delay as a results I missed my appointment. I don’t think it will be easy to book again.

What's very hurtful is that I missed my interviews. She said it's my fault. Again I had to pay R470 on a taxi to take me to Mthatha. I'm very disappointed
