Bus from Mthatha to Pretoria: Tickets & Schedules

Very bad service the driver didn't know the route and didn't want to stop for ablution facilities.

I enjoyed everything about the bus, the drivers were so nice to me and helped me with the problem I had with my little brother

The driver made us wait for a passenger that he left behind for 3hrs,without no explanation and no apology

They transferred me to another bus with poor services They only informed me while it was departure time

The driver was very good to the passenger . They didn't ladies a proper stop brake and food stops. The but very cold and hot because they didn't care how the passenger feel the just set it according to how they felt. Some passenger did not have seats

The bus was supposed to leave at 1,but we left mthatha at 16:30. It was cold in the bus. Please put heaters.

The bus doesn’t have the charging points it stopped 2 times out of nowhere the drivers didn’t know the right route

Service is very bad drivers are rude and sleeping while driving, supposed I arrived at 04am but I’m still traveling and it’s 08:38 now, still in Germiston, there’s no Aircon it’s very hot

When I booked the bus it shows that it's got a toilet, wifi and a charging point but there was non, the bus was like a local outcome bus

We were change from one bus to a different bus n the bus drivers didn't pour diesel so we stuck for 5 hours and my trip delayed and I arrived after 6 hours

Worse trip I have ever had with the bus. They lied about the arrival time to the destination. No communication with commuters, No plastic for waste. The journey was not nice at all.

Never enjoyed anything, I am still on the road, far from arriving at home because of their selfishness. Their system takes more than they can accommodate, now we were taken from another bus to another, all those buses not in good condition. I will arrive in the afternoon

It was horrible the bus was late to leave in Mthatha to Pretoria and it broke down. I was supposed to arrive in Pretoria at 07:10and I arrived at 11:00am the drivers are not communicating with anyone, I'm afraid this is my second encounter with the bus and it's the same story. I'm supposed to send back my sister to the Eastern Cape from Pretoria with the same bus since I bought return now I'm afraid especially that I won't be

Rude staff members old bus that is not even road worthy rude drivers that take smoke breaks through out the entire ride there’s no punctuality while it was raining we had to change seats because it’s raining inside

Very dissatisfied why? Arrived at the station and find Out the Pretoria bus is full. They take me to the one going to Cape Town for me to be transferred at East London guess what I reminded them several times. I ended up landing in Cape Town as I am still here since morning waiting for a trip of 14H00 how do one explain it?

We arrived at 09:40 am instead of 07:10am.I have unpaid leave thanx to Ur so not dependable bus

The bus was early and clean, drivers made sure everyone knows which station we're at for drop-off.

Yhoo the bus delay, beside that it was comfortable and warm and the charging point was working perfectly

I enjoy everything

There's a lot of cocroach inside the bus but I enjoyed the trip it was warm,nice music and the driving was perfect on the road..the bus came in time.

I enjoyed it because there were toilets,comfortable seats and the driver's were so kind towards passengers

My seat couldn't adjust because it is damaged. The USB charging port didn't work
