Bus from Johannesburg to Kimberley, ZA: Tickets & Schedules

It' was very stasfiying ,from arriva the bus drivers assitant with bags to driving safely

The trip was safe and comfortable. The many stops were an issue but I understand. It is my first trip in a bus and need to get use to it.

The bus conductor was very considerate and would always wait for passengers at the pitstop, kindly alerting them when it was time to depart.

Bus delay to arrive in Kimberley am not sure what was the problem because nothing explained to passengers.

1stly the bus was late for over two hours. Passages were send to line up to the bus terminal and there was no bus. A city liner employee came saying there is an issue with the bus and should be there within 15 minutes and left us standing for two hours with no further updates some of the passengers canceled their tickets due to the unprofessional handling of the matter. Communication is key and word of mouth brings shame to your company's name.

The bus was clean, and quiet, and the drivers very friendly. The only reason for not being satisfied is that the bus stopped very often, for unnecessary long periods, making us 2 hours late at our destination. It would have been 5 stars if they had stuck to the schedule.

Service was bad the busses smell of toilet drain horrible please do something about it and urine use better chemicals to make the busses smell fresh

The bus departed from Johannesburg and arrived in Kimberley on schedule. The service was punctual, and the staff were very friendly.

The whole trip was a wonderful experience, the staff was professional, the driving was a superb experience, meaning the driver was driving safely within the confines of the road rules, following every rule and signs of the road.

The bus did not depart at the scheduled time and arrived approximately two hours later than expected. This caused inconvenience to passengers. In addition, the cleanliness of the bus was unsatisfactory, as it was not properly cleaned and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the journey

Terrible, 2hrs late, no ablution facility on board. Ridiculous. This bus travels to Cape Town, yet it has no toilet.

Very little space, everytime we stopped it took them 30 min to get their stuff together did not work with the time correctly. Was supposed to be at my location at 7pm only got the 9pm.

We didn’t get greyhound we we transported in another branded bus. No communication was sent before the said time that the bus is going to be late. Only got a message at 9pm when we were already in the bus. 1 h 10 minutes is a long time to wait not knowing what is going on
