Bus from Paarl to Queenstown, ZA: Tickets & Schedules

The driver didn't stop on the garages for the passengers to pee and to buy food from Capetown to graff rainet

I'm not happy at all the bus was late on arrival the sits are not comfortable was cold my entire journey what an experience

I had a great journey the bus was very comfortable and the driving was quite relaxing, the drivers were very friendly and polite I would definitely recommend intercape mainliner express

Bus was late I didn't enjoy the ride the driver was gambling with our lives playing fast and furious

I was forced to rush to the point of departure due to bad communication and the bus arrived early about an hour from the time arranged which means if I didn't arrive at the departure point earlier I could have missed the bus and your poor communication forced me not even knowing which time stipulated for my trip. My trip was very poor in ratings.

Firstly there was nothing I enjoyed. The bus arrived 2 hours late and there was no communication advising us that the bus will be late. on route the driver overtook another vehicle over a solid line which had him being pulled over by the traffic officer and received a fine. Halfway through the trip we encountered a road block and was held there for almost 2 hours because the bus company has outstanding traffic fines. This caused everyone on the bus to be 4 hours late. I will never take a nother bus trip with this bus company. Always late. No communication whatsoever and uncomfortable seats.

Their service is exceptional. From arrival to the destination. So tidy and neat. I 100% recommending big sky

The trip was nice except the bus had bed bugs (incukuthu)

I can't even rate the company because the bus did not arrive at my pick up point I have waited more than 4 hours I paid money for nothing it was just a waste

Am not satisfied cause there was no charging place there plus the fan or air conditioner wasn't working.

The bus was not in good condition,it delayed for 5hours,we couldn't charge our phones. I will never use the bus again

I didn't even get to have a journey because my bus left me, yes I was 5 min late but not even a phone call to ask how far I am. Ontop of that I try to make contact but no luck, the numbers were unavailable until 30 min later. When I got ahold of someone eventually, there was no apology or them transferring me to another of their buses. My money had gone to waiste and I am never even looking their way again 🙌and will not be recommending it to anyone I know

Their server vice is very sucks they don't update people if they gonna be late or what they lack sense of urgency

The drivers were so rude, took another route to Queenstown which delayed us and they were so arrogant

The bus did not arrive at the station, waited for more than 4 hours until I decided to go back home. No communication at all. Very disappointed

i am disappointed the ilula bus made us wait for 4 hours straight , never ever taking it ever again
